The Aga works on a stored heat principle. This means that the massive castings making up the combustion unit, the ovens and the hotplates act as accumulators, storing heat at exactly the right temperature for cooking, day or night.

Reconditioned Aga Traditional 4 Oven

The Aga ovens have humidity control to ensure that the food being cooked is neither dried out nor soggy. And it also means that you can keep food hot for a long time without spoiling.

The old farmhouse style, with solid lids enameled to the same colour as the Aga, also available with chrome lids, oil or gas fired.

This reconditioned Aga Traditional oven is available in either cooking only, or cooking and domestic hot water versions.
