Terms and Conditions
The contract between Bromyard Range Cookers and the client will be on these conditions, to the exclusion
of all other terms and conditions. Any variations to these conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing.

The work to be carried out shall be as set out in the Alpha Designs confirmation order.

On placing an order for your cooker we ask for a deposit of £1000.00.

Bromyard Range Cookers will only commence work on a project after receipt of a non refundable deposit.

Due to each cooker being an individual customised product deposits are non refundable.

The final payment, including the delivery payment, is due for payment in full within 14 days of receipt of the deposit and no later than 5 working days prior to delivery, which ever is the sooner.

All goods remain the property of Bromyard Range Cookers until paid for in full.

VAT is to be added to the prices quoted on this website.

VAT is applied on invoices under the sale of second hand goods scheme.

All cookers must be installed by recommended engineers of Bromyard Range Cookers.

Pallet delivery is a 24 hour service to UK mainland including Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and Eire (Southern Ireland) is a 48 hour service.
We also deliver to Europe and the rest of the World.
Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide a delivery quote.
